NorthStar Consultancy is founded by Satyashree Narayan - an educator and banking professional with over 25 years of diverse work experience. She has closely worked with Indian students and hence understands the gaps in profiles of the Indian students as compared to their western counterparts. She is strongly driven by Malcolm X’s quote ‘Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today’. And she believes every student deserves to get into their best fit university.
Satyashree’s area of expertise is advising and mentoring students to build a stellar resume unique to each one’s personality. She assists students in planning their application strategy and writing application essays. As a career counsellor she helps students identify ideal careers and build an effective career path to achieve success in their chosen fields.
As a passionate educationist, Satyashree has spoken at several school events about the importance of 21st Century Skills and careers that will exist in the future. Choosing the right career begins with studying the right programs at the right universities, she says.
