To help the student discover their strengths and personality traits we also administer psychometric tests and evaluate the best-fit careers. We develop a customized academic path for the students and suggest various activities they should focus on to develop a holistic profile for the making it to the most selective colleges globally.
We conduct several brainstorming sessions with the students to help them identify their passions, skills and interests and start a passion project which will enable them to create an impact on the admission committees.
Our expert counsellors design a framework of actionable goals at every stage of academic year to ensure various academic and non-academic goals laid down for the student are achieved. We suggest various standardized tests to be taken along with a timeframe to suit the student’s academic calendar.

To ensure that the student stays motivated throughout we have check-in as frequently as every 2 weeks. This ensures the students stay on track and can discuss their challenges with our expert team. Career Counselling Process
A pre counselling form will be given to the student, and a virtual interaction will be held to understand your child’s interests , potential and aspirations. This will help us to understand the child’s personality and also will warm up the student to have further meaningful engagement with the career counsellor.
Student’s profile will be created on NorthStar consultancy’s tech platform and the tests will be released to the student’s id. The student can take the tests online.
Our expert career counsellor will carefully read and evaluate the test reports in conjunction with the pre counselling information gathered from the student and the parents. A thorough research will then be conducted by our research team based on the inputs by the Counsellor. Our counsellor will identify the best fit careers keeping in mind the student’s personality and interests and academic back ground. A separate report will be prepared to suit your child’s priorities.

Once we are ready with the research findings, we conduct a in depth career counselling session with the student and parents together to discuss the identified careers and the possible careers pathways to enable your child to choose the right subjects and the right stream high school. This session will be an in-person session at our counselling office. A virtual session can be arranged for out-of-town students.
